Dr. Cat’s clinical experience includes the treatment of mental and emotional health, stress management, reproductive health, pain relief, chronic and autoimmune disorders, preventative medicine, and holistic facial rejuvenation. Her mission is to provide you the support and tools you need to activate your personal healing blueprint and thrive abundantly in mind, body, and spirit.
Dr. Cat utilizes the healing powers of natural medicine to reconnect her clients with their innate health as sovereign beings.
Witnessing her sister suffer in the hands of Western medicine without the support of natural healing modalities, Dr. Cat was drawn to embark on a deeper path into holistic and natural medicines so that she could better support others in their healing.
She began her journey with alternative medicine in 2013 when she was introduced to Reiki energy healing. From there, she pursued an education in massage therapy at the Hawaii School of Professional Massage, and later, in Chinese medicine at the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Denver. She went on to complete both her Masters and her Doctorate in Chinese Medicine at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego.
Dr. Cat is a California Board Certified acupuncturist, a certified IAKP Kambo practitioner, a certified Reiki Master/Teacher, and has additional training in Healing Touch and sound healing. She is also trained in placenta encapsulation and offers this service to all expecting mothers.
In her acupuncture career, Dr. Cat has undergone focused training in the areas of mental & emotional health, reproductive health, orthopedic treatment, and cosmetic acupuncture.
Dr. Cat has also spent time learning from elders and shamans of many indigenous tribes such as the Matses, Shipibo, Huni Kuin, Ashaninka, Mayan, and Hopi, who have helped her in her path of serving the traditional indigenous medicines of Kambo, Hapeh, Sananga, and Cacao.
Over the years, Dr. Cat has witnessed the power of natural healing within herself and her clients.
She hopes to continue to do her part to maintain the rich culture and traditions of ancient medicines in this modern world. She firmly believes in the innate healing power of the human body and affirms that anyone’s health can be reclaimed through dedicated and compassionate care. She takes a holistic approach with every client to address their root cause of dis-ease and curates individualized treatment plans so every one can reach their highest health potential.
In her free time, Dr. Cat enjoys hiking, gardening, baking, crocheting and spending quality time with her loved ones.
